BREATHING MEDITATION CLASSES

We know that meditation allows you to better manage day-to-day and critical stressful situations. We have found that utilizing proper breathing techniques is vital to the regulation of our stress levels.

All of Courage to Caregivers programming are provided in an online/virtual format. Breathing Meditation classes begin at 6 p.m. EST followed by Group Coaching (Support Group) at 7 p.m. EST on Mondays. These classes are recorded weekly (in speaker view) and posted to our YouTube channel.

We have an onboarding process with your privacy and confidentiality in mind. It usually starts with a quick phone chat with Amy to make sure we can meet your expectations OR go ahead and register for any/all of our programs and we'll work to onboard you.

Once you complete your registration, sign our waiver, and are onboarded, you will receive access to our virtual meetings.
