Forest Bathing will also be offered throughout the event.  Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing is a guided immersion into nature that invites you to connect with the environment through all of your senses. The practice focuses on the many health benefits of interacting with nature, being present 'in the moment' while immersing your senses in the sights and sounds of a natural setting — no actual bathing required!  A forest bath offers you the opportunity to slow down and connect deeply with the world around you, in a way that many of us have forgotten since our childhood years of curiosity.  We will offer a shortened version of a forest therapy walk so that participants may have a taste of the experience with an invitation to take home and practice on their own.
